Size: We only manage a small, select, group of properties annually. WAYA Rentals takes on less than 30 percent of the homes we are asked to manage, quality homes and homeowners that truly care about their property are a must. This also allows a greater degree of customer and homeowner interaction.
Quality: Most WAYA managed homes are newly constructed and feature amenities like hot tubs, fire-pits, indoor fireplaces, and screened-in porches. All of WAYA’s homes are well-appointed and maintained by our homeowners (something very important to us).
Investment Opportunities: WAYA provides expert real estate advice and second home investment/purchase opportunities. We are able to help you find a great second home, give you an accurate assessment of what your out-of-pocket costs are going to be, and help you stage your new purchase in an ideal way to maximize the property’s rental potential.
Convenience & Service: Our office is located in the heart of downtown New Buffalo where we provide check-ins and assistance. We also monitor email and phones outside office hours and maintain a 24-hour emergency phone number.
VIP Program: WAYA provides returning renters with a free mid-week partial cleaning of their rental home or condo.
Security & Confidence: All financial transactions are conducted via a secure, professionally managed website. WAYA provides all renters with a minimum of $1500 in accidental damage insurance coverage. There is no security deposit required.
