Large six-bedroom rental that sleeps thirteen. Located in the Michiana Shores - Long Beach area of Northwest Indiana - just south of New Buffalo, Michigan it is your gateway to outdoor fun, with golf, horseback riding, and the beach just minutes away. A short drive to two large Casinos, a zoo, and movie theaters. The open floor plan has plenty of room for everyone and still feels cozy; making it perfect for entertaining, a friendly game of poker, or a six-hour Monopoly game with the kids. More space and privacy; ideal for large gatherings and family vacations. The closest beach is in Michigan City which is about a 10 minute drive from the home. You also have the New Buffalo public beach which is about 15 minutes away.

This property is well maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, living and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, a dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD players, and high-speed Internet service.
We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom so plan according to your needs.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.
Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.

The deposit is refundable less a $200 cancellation fee if cancelled 60 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. If cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date, a 50% charge is applied, if less then 30 days the total rental amount applies, unless we re-rent the property for the dates then only the $200 cancellation applies. There is no refund for early departure.
A 25% booking deposit is required to hold all reservations. This fee is is charged automatically to credit card on file at time of booking. Complete payment must be made for the total rental amount 30 days prior to arrival date. Guests have the option of making the final payment via credit card, check, Venmo or Zelle. If paying final payment (balance due) using the credit card on file, there will be 3% credit card processing fee added to the amount due. To avoid this administrative fee, final payment may be made by check, Venmo or Zelle. Payment via Check, Venmo or Zelle must be received prior to the automatic billing date or the credit card on file will be charged automatically to include the additional 3% processing fee. Our extended family enjoyed our stay. The house is roomy, bright and sunny, and fairly secluded. The walk to the nearest beach (Duneland Beach) is quite manageable, but it is only available to homeowners with passes on the weekends. They have a guard stationed at the access point then. During the week we had no problems enjoying the beach. The layout of the house is great, although the picture of the floor plan is slightly misleading as the one long bedroom is actually up on the third floor. The screened in porch is delightful and during this COVID-19 social distancing era, we were able to spread out and still enjoy each other's company.
We had a wonderful time at this property! The house has ample space and lots of privacy for your individual guests. Screened-in porch was by far our favorite part - it's perfect! WiFi and A/C we're seamless. The only thing I wish we understood was exactly how the beach access works. On weekends the Duneland association won't let you onto the beach without a pass, which we did not have. I wish I had a little more clarity on this at first, as we were surprised to be turned away after several days without issue. Regardless, we love this house!
My daughters and their families stayed while visiting for a week. They enjoyed the house very much and loved having all the space for their group. Especially loved the screened porch in the evenings!
