Three Bedroom Three Full Bathroom condo in Ocean Creek. Ocean Creek is a gated community with 24/7 security on the north end of Myrtle Beach within less than a 10-minute walk or 3 min. drive to Barefoot Landing. The building offers covered or above-ground parking, an indoor and outdoor pool, a volleyball court, an oceanfront snack bar, and tennis courts, as well as a direct 3-minute walk to the beach.
This unit is located on the 11th floor in the North Tower with no unit above or to the west offering guests peace and quiet that ONLY a handful of other units in the entire building have. This unit has been recently updated to include new modern high-end furnishing and offers some of the best direct oceanfront views from your private balcony. A must-see for anyone looking to stay in a rental that is furnished more like a second home.
We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. By fostering a sense of harmony and consideration, we can ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

This property is well-maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, and living and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, a dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD players, and high-speed Internet service.
We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap, so plan according to your needs.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.
Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or the 'sleeps number'). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit will be fully refunded if the reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to the agreed-upon arrival date. If the cancellation is received between 60 and 30 days before the agreed-upon arrival date, an amount equal to 50% of the total rental fee will be charged. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the agreed-upon arrival date. Additionally, there will be no refund in the event of an early departure.
Deposit Policy
At time of booking a 25% deposit is required to secure reservations, calculated as 25% of the nightly rate, taxes, and cleaning fee, minus the damage insurance. Damage insurance is charged in full at time of booking, making the total deposit equal to 25% plus the damage insurance. These fees are automatically charged on our end to your card on file at time of booking. The final payment is due 30 days before your arrival date. Guests can pay the final payment using the credit card on file, Venmo, or Zelle. If paying with the credit card on file, an additional 3% Convenience Fee applies. Please be advised the card on file will be charged to include the 3% Convenience Fee if payment is not received 30 days prior to your arrival/due date. To avoid the convenience fee, guests may use Venmo or Zelle, as long as payment is received before the 30 day automatic billing date.

We recently rented this oceanfront condo in Myrtle Beach and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The condo was impeccably clean, making it easy to settle in right away. The tasteful decorations gave it a cozy, homey feel that made our stay even more enjoyable. But the real highlight was the breathtaking oceanfront view, which we could enjoy from the spacious and inviting balcony. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach getaway.

We have stayed at various condos in the Myrtle/North Myrtle Beach area for over 20 years and this is the BEST one we have ever stayed in. Comfortable beds! Great ocean view! Beautiful (and comfortable) furnishings and decor! Well-stocked kitchen! And the absolute cleanest place we have ever rented. It was spotless! I highly recommend this condo if you’re coming to the area.
