The house sits on a cul-de-sac street on almost two acres of land and has a beautiful garden with a pond. Everything from golf, casinos, horseback riding, and kayaking are within minutes of the property, not to mention the many wine vineyards and restaurants.
The fall and winter months bring pumpkin picking and cross country skiing as well as the most amazing color changes. Union Pier offers a little something for everyone. Come and enjoy a weekend away.

This property is well maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, living and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, dishwashers, central heat and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD-players, high-speed Internet service, and outdoor gas or charcoal grills.
We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip lock bags. We do not supply fire wood for homes which have wood-fueled amenities like a fire pit or a wood-burning fireplace. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom -- so plan according to your needs.
Peak Season Rentals: This property rents from Sunday to Sunday.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.
Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.
This property is Dog-friendly. A non-refundable fee of $100.00 per stay, per dog ( 2 dog max) is assessed during the booking process.
