- Check-in: The primary guest must be 30+ years of age (ID required).
- The Essentials: We provide a high-quality "Starter Kit" (2 rolls of TP per bath, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 trash bags, and hand soap). For longer stays, we recommend bringing extra laundry/dishwasher soap and personal convenience items.
- Building Standards: This is a strictly smoke-free and pet-free sanctuary. Out of respect for our year-round neighbors, large parties or gatherings are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit will be fully refunded if the reservation is canceled 30 days before check-in; 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the agreed-upon arrival date. Additionally, there will be no refund in the event of an early departure.

Deposit Policy

At time of booking a 25% deposit is required to secure reservations, calculated as 25% of the nightly rate, taxes, and cleaning fee, minus the damage insurance. Damage insurance is charged in full at time of booking, making the total deposit equal to 25% plus the damage insurance. These fees are automatically charged on our end to your card on file at time of booking. The final payment is due 35 days before your arrival date. Guests can pay the final payment using the credit card on file, Venmo, or Zelle. If paying with the credit card on file, an additional 3% Convenience Fee applies. Please be advised the card on file will be charged to include the 3% Convenience Fee if payment is not received 35 days prior to your arrival/due date. To avoid the convenience fee, guests may use Venmo or Zelle, as long as payment is received before the automatic billing date.

Great walkable beach vacay

We had a great time as a family of 5 in the condo. It was spacious, clean and surprisingly quiet, given the proximity to the center of town and railroad tracks. A 5-minute walk to the beach or 30 seconds to the pool was great. Walkability to restaurants, shops and even the grocery store was also a plus. We only used our car to get to activities outside of town, like mini golf or exploring nearby breweries and farm stands - otherwise, everything is completely walkable.

The living room and patio furniture, as well as the beds, were very comfortable. There is nothing worse than an uncomfortable bed on vacation! Both bathrooms and bedrooms were very spacious with plenty of closet and counter space. While we didn't watch a whole lot of tv it was nice to have two for the Olympics or movie night.

Overall, it is great location and a very well-appointed condo for our stay.

The condo was perfect for our family. We were in walking distance to everything. The kids loved the outdoor and indoor pools. The entire place was very clean and comfortable. Communication with WAYA is always excellent when any questions arise. We would definitely stay here again!

You can tell that the unit is well-maintained, and the development’s amenities are in good condition. This is a well-located unit, close to everything you’d want to experience in New Buffalo in the surrounding area.
