PLANNING YOUR STAY
- Check-in: Effortless elevator access to the top floor. The primary guest must be 30+ years of age (ID required).

- The Essentials: We provide a starter kit (2 rolls of TP per bath, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 trash bags, and hand soap). For longer stays, please plan for additional laundry/dishwasher soap and personal items.

- Parking: Includes 2 dedicated spaces in our secure, gated outdoor lot. (Note: Indoor garage parking is not available for this unit).

- Building Standards: To ensure a peaceful environment for our year-round neighbors, we maintain a strict No Pets and No Smoking policy. Large parties or gatherings are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit will be fully refunded if the reservation is canceled 30 days before check-in; 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the agreed-upon arrival date. Additionally, there will be no refund in the event of an early departure.

Deposit Policy

At time of booking a 25% deposit is required to secure reservations, calculated as 25% of the nightly rate, taxes, and cleaning fee, minus the damage insurance. Damage insurance is charged in full at time of booking, making the total deposit equal to 25% plus the damage insurance. These fees are automatically charged on our end to your card on file at time of booking. The final payment is due 35 days before your arrival date. Guests can pay the final payment using the credit card on file, Venmo, or Zelle. If paying with the credit card on file, an additional 3% Convenience Fee applies. Please be advised the card on file will be charged to include the 3% Convenience Fee if payment is not received 35 days prior to your arrival/due date. To avoid the convenience fee, guests may use Venmo or Zelle, as long as payment is received before the automatic billing date.

We enjoyed this condo very much. It was comfortable & provided everything we needed. Walking distance to so much. The security was very good. The condo had a flood, but Ron (WAYA) handled it & he was able to get repairmen out quickly. It also helped to have the elevator. We would go back again.

Once we figured out the lock box and could get into our condo, everything was great. Thank you for all your help. We do wish that the pool was still open, but totally understand that it was out of your control.

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed for our mini-vacation. We loved the area and how everything was so close. We would love to stay there again on our next trip to New Buffalo

This was a fantastic condo and location. Had a great condo set up and had everything we needed. The only thing was that the towels were not found easily or evenly dispersed in the 2 bathrooms. Also the outdoor pool was shut down because of the storms due to weather damage. That being said, the communication with WAYA was incredible-super fast responses and they provided amazing customer service for any big or small issue. Highly recommend the unit and WAYA service to anyone and will rent again.

This beautiful two bedroom two bath condo was spacious and well appointed. We stayed for a week and enjoyed our time at the beach, pool and exploring the area. Highly recommend this Skyline View for vacationers looking for comfort and fun!

Wonderful location/beautiful condo

Spent three weeks in this lovely condo through much of July. It is beautifully decorated and has excellent wi-fi and cable TV. The balcony has a nice view of the lake and the nearby harbor. Had great views of all the 4th of July celebrations. The condo is only approx 5-minute walk from the beach. If only staying for a few days, you don’t need to bring any extra supplies, but if your stay is longer you will need to supply your own coffee, spices other than salt & pepper, paper products, etc. The kitchen is stocked with every pot, dish, and utensil you might need. If you are a beachgoer, you will need to bring your own beach towels, chairs, etc. You are also only a short walk to restaurants, a grocery store, and shops so you don’t need to leave the neighborhood to have a wonderful weekend. If your stay is more extended, cute nearby towns and vineyards are a short drive away. Bottom line: this property is wonderful and I wish I was still there!
