Tucked away on a quiet road just minutes from Downtown Union Pier sits this newly constructed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Built with attention to detail, this home offers two levels of living space – allowing for greater privacy for guests. The covered front porch and a screened-in area allow guests to enjoy the summer and fall months outdoors. Great home for a single family to come and enjoy Harbor Country, and some of the most beautiful sunsets anywhere.
We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. By fostering a sense of harmony and consideration, we can ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

This property is well maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, living and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, dishwashers, central heat and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD players, high-speed Internet service, and outdoor gas or charcoal grills.
We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip lock bags. We do not supply firewood for homes that have wood-fueled amenities like a fire pit or a wood-burning fireplace. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom -- so plan according to your needs.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.
Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit will be fully refunded if the reservation is canceled 30 days before check-in; 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the agreed-upon arrival date. Additionally, there will be no refund in the event of an early departure.
Deposit Policy
At time of booking a 25% deposit is required to secure reservations, calculated as 25% of the nightly rate, taxes, and cleaning fee, minus the damage insurance. Damage insurance is charged in full at time of booking, making the total deposit equal to 25% plus the damage insurance. These fees are automatically charged on our end to your card on file at time of booking. The final payment is due 35 days before your arrival date. Guests can pay the final payment using the credit card on file, Venmo, or Zelle. If paying with the credit card on file, an additional 3% Convenience Fee applies. Please be advised the card on file will be charged to include the 3% Convenience Fee if payment is not received 35 days prior to your arrival/due date. To avoid the convenience fee, guests may use Venmo or Zelle, as long as payment is received before the 30 day automatic billing date.

"Great Features"
The house had great features, and the location was great. It was a breeze to rent and access to the property was flawless.

This is the 6th time we've stayed at Anchor Point and we love it. It is an easy walk (2 blocks) to Mario's Pizza and downtown Union Pier, the Black Currant Bakery and Red Arrow Ride to rent bikes, etc. Easy access to several beaches, quiet and out of the way - a perfect spot for a quiet afternoon reading after a day at the beach. It is a great part of our family traditions and we've made many happy family memories here with our kids and my parents.

Felt like we were in the mountains with the pine trees. Spacious accommodations, well-stocked, and very clean.
"Perfect getaway"
Two couples getting away from Chicago for the weekend. Location was great - about 1/2 mile walk to the beach, easy walk to restaurants/bakery/general store. Leaves were at their peak color. Weather wasn't great - cold and rainy for part of the time - but it just made the lake more beautiful. Living area was really comfortable, great couch with a couple of chairs. Might have been tight with 6 people watching a movie, but there is a loft upstairs with a game console and lots of board games. Kitchen was well appointed, pots and pans were in great shape. Outdoor space was inviting, but unfortunately, with the weather, we really didn't use it. I had a couple of questions for the property manager when we arrived, and he was incredibly prompt and nice. Beds were also very comfortable. Primary bedroom is huge, with a desk at a window that makes it easy to get a couple of hours of work in if necessary.

Location was great, although road in front of house very poor and full of potholes. House was clean and check-in and check-out very easy

Great family fun! The house was excellent in every way. We loved the fire pit and hammock and screened in party lights porch! We enjoyed our walks to the lake every day and our time on the beach! Sunsets at the beach were awesome! Thank you!
