PLANNING YOUR STAY
- Peak Season Stays: To ensure a premium experience, we feature Saturday-to-Saturday weekly rentals during the peak summer season (May 21st – Sept 8th).

- Pool Season: The pool is open and heated to 86°F from late May through October 15th (weather permitting).

- Check-in: The primary guest must be 30+ years of age (ID required).

- The Essentials: We provide a high-quality "Starter Kit" (2 rolls of TP per bath, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 trash bags, and hand soap). For large groups staying a full week, we recommend planning for additional laundry/dishwasher soap and paper goods.

- Community Harmony: Grand Beach is a peaceful residential enclave. We maintain a strict No Pets and No Smoking policy. Out of respect for our year-round neighbors, large parties or events are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit will be fully refunded if the reservation is canceled 30 days before check-in; 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the agreed-upon arrival date. Additionally, there will be no refund in the event of an early departure.

Deposit Policy

At time of booking a 25% deposit is required to secure reservations, calculated as 25% of the nightly rate, taxes, and cleaning fee, minus the damage insurance. Damage insurance is charged in full at time of booking, making the total deposit equal to 25% plus the damage insurance. These fees are automatically charged on our end to your card on file at time of booking. The final payment is due 35 days before your arrival date. Guests can pay the final payment using the credit card on file, Venmo, or Zelle. If paying with the credit card on file, an additional 3% Convenience Fee applies. Please be advised the card on file will be charged to include the 3% Convenience Fee if payment is not received 35 days prior to your arrival/due date. To avoid the convenience fee, guests may use Venmo or Zelle, as long as payment is received before the automatic billing date.

Great family vacation

The bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were wonderful. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I love having a motorized pool cover. So easy to close when not in use. We used the table top fire pit for roasting marshmallows for smores. Did not use the beautiful outdoor fire pit on the side of the house. We rented a golf cart, so much fun.

The house was perfect for our needs. 9 adults and 3 children. Weather was unseasonably HOT for mid-September and the pool was a welcome relief for all especially grand kids.

The large in-ground heated pool occupied much of our time and attention during our stay, that and the regular trips to the outdoor hot tub. The house has a great outdoor bar and grilling space that also overlooks the pool. Also, there is a large screened-in room just off the pool as well. The house was plenty big for our extended family group, and the home has many great indoor spaces to gather and hang out also - and the house is built like a fortress. This is a quality vacation property!

We celebrated our parents' 60th Wedding Anniversary that weekend and the house was perfect. Very pretty and tastefully decorated, we enjoyed the outside sitting area and the gas fire and hot tub. Bedrooms were all very pretty, beds a bit hard for me, but all very pretty. The basement area worked great for our 4 adult kids too. We did manage to squeeze in a casino run at 1am Sunday morning at Four Winds. We do want to go back maybe @ summer when pool is open and we can go to the beach. Also the wheelchair lift works wonders for us!. So glad it was there.

The house and pool were amazing. Perfect location. Grand Beach is a great resort community. Waya Rental was also great to work with. Very responsive. Would highly recommend this property & management company.

The house was beautiful and exactly as described/pictured on the website. Ron and his team are always available and VERY responsive before, during, and after the rental. House was immaculate and had all the necessities we needed. We had a few questions while we were there and Ron was always available and eager to help. The heat for the pool stopped working and he had someone there within a half hour to fix it (and that was after the normal pool cleaning/maintenance the day before). Going through Waya was the best decision we made and we will most definitely be using them again. Thank you!
