Harbor Village Nest, a 2,000 sq ft luxury townhome, features 3 bedrooms, including a king master suite, 2 living areas, and a 2-car garage. Enjoy the inviting front porch, spacious living room with a 65” TV and electric fireplace, and a stylish kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a roomy kitchen island.
Upstairs, unwind in the king en suite with a private balcony or the additional queen bedrooms. The family room offers a queen sleeper sofa and a 65” TV with surround sound. Convenience abounds with a laundry closet, beach gear in the garage, and a propane grill for outdoor grilling.
We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. By fostering a sense of harmony and consideration, we can ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.
We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom so plan according to your needs.
* Televisions in this home are equipped with ROKU. No other streaming services provided. There is no cable service. You are welcome to use your own streaming service login for access to a wider range of programming.
** For the safety of our guests, this home is equipped with a ring doorbell camera and an external security camera.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.
Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit will be fully refunded if the reservation is canceled 30 days before check-in; 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the agreed-upon arrival date. Additionally, there will be no refund in the event of an early departure.
Deposit Policy
At time of booking a 25% deposit is required to secure reservations, calculated as 25% of the nightly rate, taxes, and cleaning fee, minus the damage insurance. Damage insurance is charged in full at time of booking, making the total deposit equal to 25% plus the damage insurance. These fees are automatically charged on our end to your card on file at time of booking. The final payment is due 35 days before your arrival date. Guests can pay the final payment using the credit card on file, Venmo, or Zelle. If paying with the credit card on file, an additional 3% Convenience Fee applies. Please be advised the card on file will be charged to include the 3% Convenience Fee if payment is not received 35 days prior to your arrival/due date. To avoid the convenience fee, guests may use Venmo or Zelle, as long as payment is received before the 30 day automatic billing date.

"Spring Break"
We had a great time exploring the different areas close to your townhouse! You have a beautiful welcoming home in an amazing area. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy it too! Our girls had a really nice spring break on the Michigan beaches, especially Jean Klock where the rock hunting was plentiful. They even found 2 blue crab claws to put in the terrariums they were making with sand and pretty stones! It was their first time to MI and they loved it! Hope to come back again soon, it was lovely!

We had fun driving around the area and finding new things to do in town. Had fun working on a jigsaw puzzle, watching a movie in the evening while the fireplace was on and just walking around your community paths by the river. Beds were super comfy and we got to sleep in! We hope to come back in the summer!
"Clean and Stocked"
Thank you for hosting us in your new home in the beautiful Great Lake State of Michigan! We truly appreciated such a clean house and all the kids stuff-the porta-crib, high chair, kids dishes, cups, and utensils! Even bibs! Games and books were great, too!
Fully stocked kitchen allowed us to make meals here, but we did get to some local restaurants also. We will definitely want to return in the summer!
