Two guest bedrooms with queen beds share a large bath. No need to pack – this house comes with everything you need for a day at the beach, including beach chairs & towels, and a wagon to carry it all! Central location puts guests within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, and Whistle Stop Deli and Grocery Store. Harbor Country sights and activities include numerous restaurants, shops, nature trails, kayaking, Warren Dunes state park, wineries, and local craft breweries and the Journeyman Distillery.

This property is well maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, living and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, a dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD-players, and high-speed Internet service.
We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom so plan according to your needs.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.
Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.
