Newly updated three-bedroom, three-bath vacation home with incredible views of the lake. Just a short walk to beach access -- swim in Lake Michigan, walk along the beach or enjoy beautiful sunsets. Beach access is one block south of the home. There's a fully equipped modern kitchen, massive decks overlooking the lake, a wood-burning fireplace for the cooler evenings, and a hot tub.
More than ample sleeping accommodations: There are two bedrooms on the second floor (4 steps up). The primary bedroom has a deck overlooking the lake and a fully modern master bath. It has a King Bed and a Queen-size Murphy bed. The other bedroom on this floor has a King and Queen bed. A full bath off the hall. The third bedroom is located in the basement (8 steps down). It has a King Bed and a Queen-size Murphy bed. It has an ensuite bath.
We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. By fostering a sense of harmony and consideration, we can ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

This property is well-maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, and living and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, a dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD players, and high-speed Internet service.
We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom so plan according to your needs.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.
Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.
This property is Dog-friendly. A non-refundable fee per stay, per dog ( 2 dog max) is assessed during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit will be fully refunded if the reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to the agreed-upon arrival date. If the cancellation is received between 60 and 30 days before the agreed-upon arrival date, an amount equal to 50% of the total rental fee will be charged. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the agreed-upon arrival date. Additionally, there will be no refund in the event of an early departure.
Deposit Policy
A 25% booking deposit is required to hold all reservations. This fee is charged automatically to the credit card on file at the time of booking. Complete payment must be made for the total rental amount 30 days prior to the arrival date. Guests have the option of making the final payment via credit card, Venmo, or Zelle. If paying the final payment (balance due) using the credit card on file, there will be a 3% credit card processing fee added to the amount due. To avoid this administrative fee, the final payment may be made by Venmo or Zelle. Payment via Venmo or Zelle must be received prior to the automatic billing date or the credit card on file will be charged automatically to include the additional 3% processing fee. Once payment is made by credit card, no other form of payment can be accepted. To use Zelle, send payment to quickpay@wayarentals.com. For Venmo payments use @wayarentals ** Late payments will have an additional $25 charge added to the balance owed. **

"Girls’ Trip"
We so loved our stay at the ‘’beach house’’ with spectacular views of Lake Michigan, however, you cannot access the beach from this property. You could reach a closer up look out onto the lake by descending the back -side of the property where two benches welcomed you to ‘’sit & enjoy the lake’’ (and take in the work being done for dune restoration). The stone steps back up to the property was manageable for this 70 year old and her walking stick
"Beautiful view of the Lake"
Beautifully redone inside with extremely comfortable beds. The Murphy beds were awesome and perfect for adults or kids. The kitchen was well stocked. The decks were old and in need of updating but there was more than ample nice seating and tables. No direct beach access but that was only a block or so down the street. Bringing a beach cart was very helpful since there were a few hills. You could walk down to where beach access had been in the past and there were benches to watch the sunset. House had an outdoor shower on the side which was nice after coming back from the beach. The beaches were very nice and not crowded. Had smooth rocks you had to walk over to get in the water so a pair of water shoes are helpful. Beaches were dog friendly before 11 am and after 6 pm. Nice shaded streets to walk in the morning or evening.
Can not say enough wonderful things about Ron Morales and the WAYA Rental agency. From the initial booking to after our stay getting items returned that we forgot, he was extremely helpful, prompt, and attentive. They did everything they could to make our stay the best! Even if this house is not the one for you I would look at their other properties to find one that was. First time in this Lake Michigan area and hopefully not the last!
"Beautiful Views, Great Location"
We stayed at the property over an early April weekend. Check in was easy, and house was easy to navigate to. The interior of the house is remodeled, and has a very nice layout. The real attraction is the sweeping view of Lake Michigan out of the back windows. The property itself is on a bluff, and I didn't see any nearby access to the beach below. Location is close to both New Buffalo and Michigan City, which features several great dining options. Overall, highly recommend.
