This bright and beautiful home also boasts a large flat and private yard with plenty of sunny and shaded areas and ample room for yard games and outdoor entertainment. Picnic table, two hammocks, and fire pit. Right in the heart of Harbor Country with a 5-minute drive to New Buffalo. Enjoy the beaches, restaurants, coffee, wineries, breweries, casino, gardens, antique shops, golfing, and so much more. Decorated with love for a welcoming feel, the home includes many signs and artwork designed to create a peaceful space and foster positivity. We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. By fostering a sense of harmony and consideration, we can ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

This property is well-maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, living, and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, a dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD players, and high-speed Internet service.
We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom so plan according to your needs.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.
Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit will be fully refunded if the reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to the agreed-upon arrival date. If the cancellation is received between 60 and 30 days before the agreed-upon arrival date, an amount equal to 50% of the total rental fee will be charged. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the agreed-upon arrival date. Additionally, there will be no refund in the event of an early departure.
Deposit Policy
At time of booking a 25% deposit is required to secure reservations, calculated as 25% of the nightly rate, taxes, and cleaning fee, minus the damage insurance. Damage insurance is charged in full at time of booking, making the total deposit equal to 25% plus the damage insurance. These fees are automatically charged on our end to your card on file at time of booking. The final payment is due 30 days before your arrival date. Guests can pay the final payment using the credit card on file, Venmo, or Zelle. If paying with the credit card on file, an additional 3% Convenience Fee applies. Please be advised the card on file will be charged to include the 3% Convenience Fee if payment is not received 30 days prior to your arrival/due date. To avoid the convenience fee, guests may use Venmo or Zelle, as long as payment is received before the 30 day automatic billing date.

"Great Place"
We enjoyed our time at Meant to Beach. It was clean, quiet, lots of different places to hang out and talk, 5 minute walk to a great beach, easy drive to great restaurants and the grocery store in New Buffalo and great communication with WAYA rentals. We hope to stay there again!

We loved MEANT TO BEACH! Perfect private setting, a close walk to the beach. The screened-in porch was a PERFECT setting for reading, morning coffee, or family game night. We would love to come back to this place again, as our family all gave it a HUGE TWO THUMBS up!

The house is located in a perfect spot. A lot of privacy, yet close to the beach. The house is roomy and has many places to relax both inside and out (large screen porch). The kitchen is in need of some updating, but it worked for us!

This home was perfect for our family with its many seating areas, comfortable bedrooms, beautiful yard, and screened-in porch. It was nicely furnished and decorated and very clean. It was located in a beautiful neighborhood, with a short, lovely walk to the beach. Management was very helpful and welcoming! We had a wonderful vacation and a great experience with this team!

This trip exceeded our expectations! House is lovely, exactly like it looks in the photos. We enjoyed making s'mores in the firepit and lounging in the hammocks. The private beach was a short walk away and it was beautiful! White sandy beaches, very clean, not crowded. We were there every evening to watch the amazing sunset. We will definitely return!

Everything was Great. Easy walk to the beach. Great yard for the kids to play in. Very nice house with lots of natural light and many places to sit. We have no complaints about this rental. Whenever I had a question, the person I emailed was quick to answer. We would LOVE to stay here again in the future.

We loved the large yard and fire pit. The house was great for our needs. The walk to the beach is short (we were worried it would be longer than advertised, but it was great!). The house was well stocked for our needs other than the hand soaps were pretty much empty, which in the time of Covid-19 seems key. But the location, the home, and the overall experience was excellent!

Great house and outdoor space for us and our 2 adult kids. Relaxing screen porch, front deck and yard with lots to do. Fire pit, hammocks, beach sunsets. Loved it all.
