The Camp Buffalo Cottages area offers its guests a communal pool, outdoor theater, and clubhouse for guest use. The property also offers a private 6-person hot tub that is open year-round. The property is less than three minutes you can walk to a kids' playground, tennis courts, and a skate park. New Buffalo offers several great restaurants, ice cream shops, quaint stores, and a beautiful beach on Lake Michigan. This is one property that you do not have to worry about driving to anything. This property is well-maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, living, and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, dishwashers, central heat, and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD players, high-speed Internet service, and outdoor gas or charcoal grills.
We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not supply firewood for homes that have wood-fueled amenities like a fire pit or a wood-burning fireplace. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom -- so plan according to your needs.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.
Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit will be fully refunded if the reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to the agreed-upon arrival date. If the cancellation is received between 60 and 30 days before the agreed-upon arrival date, an amount equal to 50% of the total rental fee will be charged. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the agreed-upon arrival date. Additionally, there will be no refund in the event of an early departure.
Deposit Policy
At time of booking a 25% deposit is required to secure reservations, calculated as 25% of the nightly rate, taxes, and cleaning fee, minus the damage insurance. Damage insurance is charged in full at time of booking, making the total deposit equal to 25% plus the damage insurance. These fees are automatically charged on our end to your card on file at time of booking. The final payment is due 30 days before your arrival date. Guests can pay the final payment using the credit card on file, Venmo, or Zelle. If paying with the credit card on file, an additional 3% Convenience Fee applies. Please be advised the card on file will be charged to include the 3% Convenience Fee if payment is not received 30 days prior to your arrival/due date. To avoid the convenience fee, guests may use Venmo or Zelle, as long as payment is received before the 30 day automatic billing date.

This house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Still looks brand new. We enjoyed both inside and outdoor areas. This was a good location as far as family friendly activities. Easy to get to beaches, parks and shopping. The community pool and hot tub at the house were great as well. We all thought the house really made the trip - it was very comfy and cozy! My granddaughter loved the top bunk bed! Communication with the management company was easy, friendly and fast. Thank you Ron. And Debbie too.

This was a return visit to this property for our family. It is the perfect location and set up! Access to pool, hot tub, fire pit, nature walk, playground, outdoor track and Lake Michigan. House is clean roomy and well stocked with everything needed. Kids love the triple bunk bedroom! This return stay did not disappoint! We definitely plan to return again. Great memories!

We had a wonderful stay at the "Second Chance Retreat" in New Buffalo and Waya Rentals provided timely and excellent service throughout the rental process. The home owner was extremely welcoming and provided many extra amenities. At the house we enjoyed the outdoor shower, the hot tub, the fire pit, the communal heated pool, and the beautiful park across the street. We walked to the shops, beach, and restaurants in New Buffalo. I would recommend Waya and the "Second Chance Retreat" without hesitation!
"Great setup for two families with kids"
We had such a lovely stay. House is fully stocked for cooking. Kids loved bunk beds. Super quick walk to pool. Playground across the street. Walk to BBQ joint. And just a few minutes drive to groceries, breweries and restaurants.
"Accommodations for the Perfect Vacation"
This is the second time our family has used this homey, fully equipped, beautiful setting cottage to entertain the whole group. Three generations and everyone loves it. The pool is super to have because the beach had several red flag days but the grandsons could still play in the water. The house has everything needed for relaxing, cooking and slumber. Debbie has thought of so many extras it is like a 5 star hotel. The grand boys are asking about next year!! The park across the street is another perk if you have young kids, even has bike paths!
