Nestled in the heart of Grand Beach and just a short drive from the town of New Buffalo, sits this newly constructed 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home with all of the amenities. The home offers two levels of living space with a wood-burning fireplace in the great room with soaring 20-foot ceilings. Outside you have a 6-person hot tub, brand new private fire pit, a large grill, and deck space with patio furniture for six. The high-end kitchen has a large granite countertop island with six comfy seats and a wine fridge to hold all of your beverages. Every utensil you could need, including a Keurig, a Melita coffee maker, and a blender for mixed drinks, is present. In the early morning and at supper, time deer will wander through the neighborhood.. Sit a while on the front porch and rock your cares away. The owners of this home have made sure to provide the best possible experience for their guests, so you are sure to enjoy it.
We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. By fostering a sense of harmony and consideration, we can ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

This property is well-maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, living, and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, dishwashers, central heat, and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD players, high-speed Internet service, and outdoor gas or charcoal grills.
We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not supply firewood for homes that have wood-fueled amenities like a fire pit or a wood-burning fireplace. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom -- so plan according to your needs.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.
Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.
This property is Dog-friendly. A non-refundable fee per stay, per dog ( 2 dog max) is assessed during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit will be fully refunded if the reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to the agreed-upon arrival date. If the cancellation is received between 60 and 30 days before the agreed-upon arrival date, an amount equal to 50% of the total rental fee will be charged. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the agreed-upon arrival date. Additionally, there will be no refund in the event of an early departure.
Deposit Policy
At time of booking a 25% deposit is required to secure reservations, calculated as 25% of the nightly rate, taxes, and cleaning fee, minus the damage insurance. Damage insurance is charged in full at time of booking, making the total deposit equal to 25% plus the damage insurance. These fees are automatically charged on our end to your card on file at time of booking. The final payment is due 30 days before your arrival date. Guests can pay the final payment using the credit card on file, Venmo, or Zelle. If paying with the credit card on file, an additional 3% Convenience Fee applies. Please be advised the card on file will be charged to include the 3% Convenience Fee if payment is not received 30 days prior to your arrival/due date. To avoid the convenience fee, guests may use Venmo or Zelle, as long as payment is received before the 30 day automatic billing date.

"Lovely House in Great Location"
This house was so well furnished and equipped. The hot tub was perfect and the deck was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and so was all the furniture. Great house!

Loved this property! The bedrooms are good sized and my husband and I and our adult children had a wonderful time. The beach is an 8-minute walk away and it is a very nice beach. We were there in mid-July and it was never crowded. Our dog loved the sunsets at the beach. Dogs are allowed on the beach before 10 am and after 6 pm.
The hot tub was wonderful and the deck wraps around most of the house. The kitchen is modern. Grocery stores are nearby and there are very good restaurants as well.
Highly recommend this place. We loved staying here.

Thank you for a great stay! This property was exactly as advertised-- it is in excellent condition, in a quiet residential neighborhood and it was very clean, comfortable, and well-provisioned. The property manager was easy to work with; he responded immediately to questions both during the leasing process and when I had a wifi question during our stay.
"Great House"
The house was very clean and well-stocked. The beds were really comfy. We enjoyed the fireplace all wkend long. So relaxing plenty of games to play. Pictures make it seem private it's not. Very close to the road at the corner of the property. The only downside was the outdoor fire pit. The weather wasn't great so we didn't get to use it. Will stay again if ever in the New Buffalo area in the future. Ron was very easy to work with and answered questions in a timely manner
"Great Property"
What a great property for 3 adult couples. The house was very clean and cozy. The location is really nice to take walks to the lake and a short drive to New Buffalo and St. Joe. We also enjoyed the hot tub and front porch. Unfortunately it was a little to windy for the fire pit.

Fun location to stay for a friend's wedding with great opportunities for beaches and restaurants. Nice to come back in the evening for a campfire and time in the hot tub.

We had a great stay at Weekend Restoration! House was perfect for 4x friends to relax, work during the day (great wifi strength if you need it), and then enjoy all the activities/ restaurants/ bars in the surrounding area. Great walkability to the beach (GORG sunsets + dog friends during certain hours!) and we loved walking around the cute neighborhood. Great stay! Thanks!
